4 for 40 features two sets of music and a light dinner featuring appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert courses. Following the opening set of music, the artists will join the guests for dinner, and conclude with a second set of music with dessert.

Carl Bray is an well-known chef in the Finger Lakes, currently the lead chef at Geneva on The Lake. Carl Bray started at Geneva On The Lake in 2007 and enrolled at the Alfred State Culinary program and graduated in 2009. Since then, he has become lead chef and had the opportunity to connect the menu with great neighboring farmers and artisans who show off their talents and passion in their craft. Bray has had the privilege to be a part of many different collaborations, such as the Hobart and William Smith Colleges’ Chefs Collaborative Garden; Medley of Tastes; Slice, Dice and Spice; and The Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty Annual Harvest Dinner. His experiences and connections with others in his field contribute to his growth as a chef.

Elaine Romanelli is an award-winning NYC-based singer/songwriter and composer. Her clear voice and vibrant spirit meld in earthy, tuneful songs. She tours nationally, playing listening rooms, house concerts, libraries, colleges, and festivals, and her music spins on public and independent radio across the country and internationally. Elaine has performed at multiple festivals including as a Semi-Formal showcase artist at folk regional music conference NERFA and as a 2016 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist chosen from among hundreds of applicants around the US and Canada. Elaine writes choral liturgical music as well as singer/songwriter material. In 2017 she was named the Composer-in-Residence at the Church of St. Matthew and St. Timothy in New York City, which has premiered several of her choral liturgical works. Her gospel-style service music set was chosen to be sung at the 2016 Episcopal Diocese of New York's annual convention, likely the first time a living female composer's work has ever been featured at that event.

3Stories is an incorporated 501(c)3 non-profit housed within the Cracker Factory that manages cultural events of all kinds. The Cracker Factory is a restored factory space on Geneva’s north side that hosts an event space, which is available for events including receptions, performances, and more.
