Max Spittler, a Geneva native, is the executive chef at Kindred Fare, a spirited cookery in Geneva. Spittler is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and has a business degree from Cornell University. He was part of opening Next Door Bar and Grill in Pittsford, NY, was the executive chef of Nikko in Rochester, NY. Spittler creates specialty menus for the restaurant using local food produced in the Finger Lakes.

Áine is the Celtic Goddess of love. Her music is said bring the worthy listener to a state of transcendent bliss, or cast the undeserving to horrors and misery. Áine stands up for herself in the face male domination, brings abundance and fertility to her people, she is indeed Good. "Good on ya!" a common phrase of encouragement in Ireland is delightfully homophonic, as is the music of this duo. Ithaca-based sisters Marie and Saoirse share a profound passion for Irish Traditional Music. There is an incredible synchronicity to their playing that features each sister's individual sound and the unique ornamentation of her instrument. Both have spent time in Ireland studying traditional music. Their performance is lively, authentic and exuberant - good on them!
